is a technological initiative developed by the Cartographic Engineering Laboratory (cartoLAB), located in the E.T.S. of Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos in A Coruña, Campus de Elviña s/n, 15071, A Coruña, Spain, and belongs to the University of Coruña, and led by the professor Alberto Varela García, to whom the following domains belong to www.emapic.es and www.emapic.org. Purpose
has the purpose of the visualisation of statistical geolocalised data by its users, and also the creation and administration of the surveys by them, if they are registered in the service. For such register it will be necessary to fill in a form with personal data, that will be duly used in accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5th, about Personal Data Protection and digital rights warrant, and accept the general conditions of the service.
For the contracting of more complex services it will be necessary to subscribe to specific conditions that will be at the disposal of the users according to the type of services required.

Browsing and consulting information around public access areas of our web, as well as the information enquiries on our services, are totally free.

Files ownership
In compliance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5th, about Personal Data Protection and digital rights warrant, and its development procedure we inform you that all the data you provide to us through the registration bulletins, subscription, and also in the diverse surveys will be included for its use in a file owned by the University of Coruña.

Such file is duly inscribed in the Registro de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos and the data in the contents is protected by the legal security measures and according to the rules planned for it.

The data gathered will have as a purpose its automatic use for statistical and publishing purposes,and of benefit to those diverse services offered to the users of . Also, the data gathered by means of the answers given in the surveys could be provided to third parties, and the results of its use could be object to public access.
